Cais!
Cais e no tombo pronuncias um
nome que esqueces
tão logo te pões de pé.
De pé, encostado na parede do vento
que sopra
suave o teu espírito dizes palavras que ferem a
curiosidade.
tempo e nunca
fizeram-se cumprir.
Cais!
Cais e no tombo abraça-te a
saudade que sofre
de solidão e esta te acena
um adeus.
Cais como o orvalho do final da
primavera que
rouba o perfume das flores, flores as quais
deveria perfumar.
Cais!
Cais e em teu tombo arrasta consigo a
felicidade que,
displicentemente, passeava ao
teu redor.
Cais!
Cais e
chora silenciosamente com vergonha
de eu ouvir
o teu pranto chamar o meu nome.
Cais no
silêncio que te consome até não
poderes mais aguentar-te de pé e cais.

*You fall
You fall!
You fall and in your tumble you say names
that you forget it as soon as you get at your
feet again.
Standing, leaning against the wind´s wall
which blows gently your mind, you say
inaudible words that hurt the curiosity.
It is the age of the death hugging you,
taking you to dance and you dance, you
dance till you fall and do not get up again.
You fall!
As the silent rain of the morning, you fall
on the ground and stay there, sleeping till
the sun drink your whole body.
You fall!
You fall heavy as the storm that destroys
thoughts and stop dreams.
You fall as sadness pouring tears from
eyes and scares the smiles of the lips,
forcing it to hid.
You fall as the loar promises in time
which never made up.
You fall!
You fall and in your tumble you embraces
the longing, the longing which suffer
from the loneliness which wave you
goodbye.
You fall !
You fall as the dew from late spring that
steal the scent of the flowers which it
should perfume.
You fall, and in your tumble you drags
the happiness which was casually
walking around you.
You fall!
You fall and weeps silently with shame
Thinking that I would hear your weeps
calling my name.
You fall into the silence that consumes
you till you do not be able to stand by
yourself, and you fall.
